环翠区张村镇最初聚集了300多家渔具生产企业，碳纤维是生产鱼竿的重要原料。 近年来瞄准碳纤维材料及制品战略新兴产业，从钓具碳纤维向高端复合材料延伸。 2023年入选山东省特色产业集群综合评价前10名。 2024年入选国家级中小企业特色产业集群。
