全国首个以商用密码为核心的国家级中小企业特色产业集群。汇聚国家密码管理局、商用密码检测认证中心、工业和信息化部网络安全产业发展中心等国家队，形成从核心芯片到终端应用的完整产业链。2025年获批国家级中小企业特色产业集群（2024年先获评北京市中小企业特色产业集群）。
